fail photo: chilly toes

fact: it was close to 30 degrees today when i left the house. 
so i wore flats. 
because it was so warm. . . 

seriously. 
i am going to will spring into being at this point, even if it is only in my mind. 

anyway. . . 
this is what the walk from my car to the office looked like today:

why is this a fail photo? 
because, somehow, i managed to get snow in my shoe during this walk.
